Booking & Reservations

Welcome to Hotel De Villaz Luxury Near Srinagar Airport. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Important Notice: According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID must be carried by every person above 18 years staying at the hotel. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • The primary guest checking in must be at least 18 years of age
  • Unmarried couples are not allowed
  • Hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents
  • After booking, you will receive email confirmation with hotel phone number
  • Room rates include all taxes but exclude optional services

Payment Policies

Hotel De Villaz offers flexible payment options for your convenience:

  • Payment Options: You can pay now online or pay at the hotel (subject to room type availability)
  • Room Tariff: Includes all taxes but excludes optional services like room service, mini bar, snacks, or telephone calls
  • Extra Bed Policy: INR 1000 - 1,200 will be charged for an extra cot per guest (to be paid at the property)
  • Child Accommodation Policy: After booking, if your child cannot be accommodated within the existing bedding, you will need to pay an additional charge for an extra bed or cot for the child upon arrival at the property
  • Optional Charges: Additional services will be charged at check-out
Extra Guest Policy: An extra bed will be provided to accommodate additional guests for INR 1000 - 1,200 per person, payable at the property.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

Our cancellation and modification policies are designed to be fair while ensuring smooth operations:

  • Variable Policy: Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type
  • Modification Charges: Applicable cancellation/modification charges apply for any updates
  • Availability: Modified bookings are subject to availability and revised booking policy
  • Standard Charges: Cancellation/modification charges are standard; waivers are at hotel's discretion
  • Offer Validity: MakeMyTrip offers will not be valid on cancellation or modification
Important: Any e-coupon discount on the original booking will be forfeited in case of cancellation or modification. Number of modifications possible is at MakeMyTrip's discretion.

Check-in & Check-out Timings

Please observe the following timings to ensure smooth operations for all guests:

  • Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Early Check-in: Subject to availability and may be chargeable
  • Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may be chargeable
  • Direct Contact: Contact hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out arrangements

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.

Guest Conduct & ID Proof Requirements

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, please adhere to the following policies:

Strict Policy: Local IDs are not allowed. Unmarried couples are not permitted. The hotel reserves the right of admission and can deny accommodation if suitable proof of identification is not presented.

  • Private parties or events are not allowed
  • MakeMyTrip will not be responsible for any check-in denial by the hotel

Food & Consumption Policies

Dining Guidelines: We maintain a pure vegetarian environment. Outside vegetarian food and delivery services are welcome, but please ensure no non-vegetarian items are brought onto the premises.
