Please read these terms carefully before making your reservation. Your booking constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Booking & Reservations

Welcome to D-Villaz, where luxury meets comfort. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your booking.
  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person
  • All guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation
  • Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in
  • Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees
  • Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

Payment Policies

D-Villaz accepts various payment methods to ensure your convenience:

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and cash
  • Advance Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled upon check-in
  • Currency: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Additional Charges: Incidental charges, room service, and other amenities will be charged separately
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹2,000 per room may be required at check-in to cover any incidental expenses or damages.

Cancellation & Modification

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our business interests:

  • Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of one night's stay
  • No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in the full booking amount being charged
  • Modifications: Changes to your reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • Group Bookings: Special cancellation terms apply for bookings of 5 or more rooms
Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.

Check-in & Check-out

To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please observe the following timings and procedures:

  • Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Early Check-in: Subject to availability, may incur additional charges
  • Late Check-out: Available until 6:00 PM with additional charges
  • Extended Stay: Late check-out beyond 6:00 PM will be charged as an additional night
  • Luggage Storage: Complimentary storage available for early arrivals and late departures

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification and the credit card used for booking at check-in.

Guest Conduct & Hotel Policies

To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests, we request your cooperation with the following policies:

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM - please keep noise to a minimum
  • Smoking Policy: D-Villaz is a non-smoking property. Designated smoking areas are available
  • Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional charges
  • Visitor Policy: Visitors must be registered at the front desk and are not permitted after 11:00 PM
  • Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property
  • Lost Keys: Lost key cards will incur a replacement fee of ₹500
Safety & Security: For your safety, please use the in-room safe for valuables. D-Villaz is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Liability & Disclaimers

While we strive to provide exceptional service, please note the following limitations:

  • D-Villaz is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property
  • The hotel is not responsible for items left behind by guests
  • We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by construction, maintenance, or events beyond our control
  • Room amenities and services are subject to availability and may change without notice
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts

Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to protecting your personal information:

  • Personal information is collected only for reservation and service purposes
  • We do not share your information with third parties without consent
  • Your data is stored securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws
  • You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal information
  • We may use your information to send promotional offers (you can opt-out anytime)
CCTV Notice: The hotel premises are monitored by CCTV cameras for security purposes. By staying with us, you consent to such monitoring.
